I wouldn't mind, I got shots all the time anyways and I've donated before. Plus I'm sure she's most likely already familiar with blood donation protocols. Could probably donate a few pints at once and that'd be dinner for both sisters for a few weeks or with their light appetites.

Interesting thought, if you've ever donated blood and you buy into the "Gensokyo being real" thing, there's a chance your blood has been eaten by adorable vampire sisters, food for thought.
