Well, if you want to go in depth with the speculation

Original D&D Mindflayers are very similar in looks to Cthullu, specifically their mouth being covered with tentacles
If we translate that to MGE that would cause Chtyllas to have tentacle hair and/or scylla lower halves
They'd have dragon wings just like Cthulhu does, and they'd be even bigger than regular dragons because of how huge Cthulhu original is

Alternatively they could end up looking mostly vanilla just like Atlach-Nacha
Who knows maybe there is an inverse correlation between power and monstrosity in chaos species
