there are 30-60cm ones, but nobody sells them with wings. biggest problem of super tiny dolls is the material wont stretch enough, or you have some super chubby fairy to deal with. even a 60cm only just has enough room for a single hole for an average dick. the one 30cm one ive seen has a hole so small that you can only just get a finger in.
