Her left arm is supposed to be more drawn back while the right hand is outstretched, I remember not being able to get the left arm looking right, but didn't try very hard on it.
This "adult" fumorin has a similar problem with her foreshortened left arm being too small, though it's only a quick sketch anyway.

If anyone's wondering that stain on Yukari's bang is superglue; yes it was quite a dumb idea. Her tabard was also glued which is why it likes to try and crease like that.
