OK... I Uncle Mugen will help you on this one.

What we employers look first usually is the appearance. First impressions really do matter. Dress well. Second, I recommend you memorize and study you resume very well and be prepared to answer questions based from it. Third, your chances of getting employed decreases the more you job-hop... meaning your resume contains about 5 to 6 different jobs in 3 to 4 years. It sends a mixed but nearly negative signal which is beyond the scope of this post... a bit evil but you might want to "doctor" your resume a bit just to get this job... once you have a job... stick to it for quite some time...

Also, don't be nervous.. unless you're being interviewed by some random employee from some HR department or employment agency... we employers are usually understanding... I mean, we are people too you know...
