Title: I was appointed as the second Ganbare!! chairman!

Ganbare!! Sakura Gakuin

It's Yoshida Basedoka, I was appointed as Ganbare!! chairperson for 2019 Nendo

This was a position I did not expect getting, so during the student council assembly I was somewhat caught by surprise. Also, Since I couldn't hear from the principal why exactly I was chosen for this position, I had the Shokuin teachers lend me their time and talk with me about various things before the following FRESH.

So, when I thought about the way I want to tackle this position ,basing myself on the reflection that my Education chairperson position from last year didn't really surface and was difficult to understand, I thought that it would be nice if by writing the members' "You did well" points, "You were excellent!" points and their "Work a little harder" points in these diaries in such a way that not only the members themselves but fukei-sans also could get to know them, they could praise them, encourage them, and cheer for them along with me.

And with that, I will start this right now by writing my feelings on the transfer-ins after having watched them for about a month

Satou Neo-chan
-She doesn't seem to have a lot of experience dancing buy she's a very quick learner and follows straight away
-It seems like when there's things she doesn't understand she makes sure immediately asks questions and find a solution
-Mixed in with her politeness and neatness are a bit of Kyushu mannerisms, which are very cute

Todaka Miko-chan
-She's very skilled at both dancing and singing. It looks like she's having fun while she's performing, and I can feel her ability to transmit that energy to people
-However, the dancing she's done up until this point and Sakura Gakuin's dancing are a little different, so she was trying hard not to overdo it [Uncertain]
-she's polite and full of enthusiasm.
She struck me as a very well-balanced person

Kimura Sakia-chan
-The fact that even when she couldn't dance and shed bitter tears because of it, she'd make sure to get it perfect the next day, made me think that she's a real hard worker
-She was considerate enough to write me a message saying "sorry" immediately after we'd separated after the show because she changed her answer to the question "Who's the kindest senpai" from Soyo to someone else between rehearsals and the actual show. Her messages being written all in hiragana is a very cute aspect too.

I'm going to give it my all at being the best Ganbare!! chairperson i can possibly be.
