IE is a decent browser in terms of performance, but the lack of customization kills it for me.

There's also the issue that you are restricted to IE8 on older operating systems, which is very limited in terms of it's HTML5 capabilities. If you're still running XP or Vista, IE is a pretty bad browser.

Personally I want to see what Windows 8-tan ends up looking like. I haven't seen any consensus on her, yet.
