I'm betting the center has been scripted since the second janken tournament since they probably saw is as too risky to promote semi-unknown members with the same impetus they normally promoted Acchan and Yuko up to that day. Not for nothing, I remember that Chance no Junban received relatively little media advertizement compared to the other releases.
All the other positions are left free of tampering.
