If you want to go full big brain on this, go find similar randos with some potential of them becoming a kig in the near future and befriend them well. Your friendship will then be grandfathered in once they get a kig and you can expand your kigu social networking afterwards. Stonks.

Already did, I just prefer having them at an arm's length because keeping up all the time can be exhausting, and I'm too much of an autist to matter.
