The thing is Jessica was never really that familiar with Kanon. I think the only time they really had a long conversation was because of the concert, and whereas Jessica new Shannon for a while, she had only known Kanon for a relatively short period.

I do have a theory that Jessica might have known what was going on, since there is some dialogue that hints at it. I think it's very likely that she could have suspected something was up, but I think out of all of the characters Jessica was probably tone of the people who related to Yasu the most, so I can also see could have known but just didn't want to reveal it.
