It's entirely likely that she hurt herself in 2017 beyond repair and can't ever go back to her old dancing self, which kind of defeats her as that was one of her life's purposes and what gave her meaning.

Physical condition is the standard idol quitting excuse. It could be a combination of factors such as mental exhaustion and depression as well as physical debilitating matters.
