One of the contractors I'm friends with at work started talking to me about Hololive yesterday. I was taken aback since it's the first time I've actually talked with another person irl about Vtubers but the only one he watches is Amelia Watson. When I mentioned my favorite was Aqua, he didn't even know who she was.

Should I try and recommend him some JP Holos or some translated clips to watch or is this a lost cause?
