Rena I could see being your typical highschool love thing but with the added effect of her troubled life would make things more interesting to get through to her and get closer to her.

Mion would be kinda like what we already see, though instead of everyone getting murdered K1 would come to terms with Mion's differences and BTFO Shion for her.

Rika would be the meta-route of most eroges (some stuff like Amnesia usually have some time-looper/universe jumper shit so it's the same trope sorta) and K1 would have to save her from it to earn her affection.
