hi, don't worry about that; the festival was made in a way characters can interact with very widely, from watching to trying to approach it, so whatever the 'Ana wants to weigh in shouldn't ruin anything, and I love writing around other writers, it's great for creativity. You're a skilled writer too, so I have no worries whatever you write will be easily perceivable as a natural course of either Hana's character or the festival by itself—though I've written Sanae in a way she understands Suwako and Kanako are protecting Hana; Yukari likely is watching and so Sanae won't be calling them for help.
If you need more specifics, I'll be posting the next batch of chapters for the festival in a few days that'll lay the basis for act 2, with a structure of:

>Mystia perceiveing damage outside the Hieda State; a random soldier perceiving damage on the inside of the Hieda State—massive fire rapidly make escape impossible;
>Sanae tries to stop Mokou;
>Miko organizes the people, helps with efforts to save and fight against the attackers;

anything you want or need me to add, like Sanae having an inner monologue about Hana's situation with Suwako and Kanako, just say the word, give me the details and I'll do my best to implement it organically~

I'd just act as if Mimaanon had never done the continuity mistake or maybe Tewi and the other girls just left for a moment to check on Aunn when Marisa returned, since she was sad and angry for Marisa letting Hana alone with Reimu -- then returned to the party with Suzu and Sana and Sara.
It's a mistake too little to discard the character interaction
