How possible is it to achieve N1/N2 within 2.5 years putting in around an hour or two daily, starting from "Did Genki 1 a year ago and forgot everything" level. Half the recent recruits in my dream job are bilingual, 10% are trilingual or more, and I need the resume boost.

Do it long enough and by the time you get to the point where you actually need a dictionary, using J-J won't be a problem
