Polka made it 3/4th the way through seiyuu university but failed, oversleeping through her classes. She spent the next decade dwelling on her failure to achieve her goals. She is a lonely internet hikki so it's the only connection she has grown to understand, spending too much time on NND and 2ch/5ch to have traditional friends and relationships.
