She fights whilst literally fucking herself. My newest fighting game character, I hope you all like.
RAIJU
Within every monster, there is a lust near incomprehensible to a human man. Within this Raiju, there is a lust near incomprehensible to every other monster. Dedicated to hedonism and the maximisation of pleasure, Raiju’s ability to pleasure herself has reached such an extreme level that she can control not just a small shock, but a whole storm’s worth of lightning. She lives in dragonia, at the top of the highest mountains, perfecting her craft in a cozy cabin, occasionally sparring with her neighbours.

She wears nothing but an untied, ornate robe and a pair of thigh-high socks. Her hair is blue, extremely long - reaching below her hips - and is very thick and fluffy. Small sparks appear around her constantly. She is usually touching herself.

Raiju is a resource intensive character with powerful specials that require ‘Static’ to use, a secondary resource Raiju generates via Shlick and SuperShlick. With Static, she is very powerful and aggressive, capeable of snowballing out of control. Without it, she is very weak. Her opponent must keep her insulated if they want to outlast her.

INNATE:
Raiju has a resource called ‘Static.’ It is required for most of her specials, such as Gigavolt Overstimulation and Bolt From The Blue. It can be generated through the use of Shlick and SuperShlick.

NORMALS:
Raiju’s normals are weak, requiring Static to make them safe. She has more knockdowns than most, to help her generate Static.
Many of her normals involve her pleasuring herself with a free hand. So, many of her attacks are kicks.

COMMAND NORMALS:
6L: Electric roundhouse. Decent antiair. Does not combo into anything, but grants a hard knockdown, giving time to safely use Shlick. Extremely unsafe on block.
6M: Touch. Forward lunge, followed by a sudden shock. Hits in two stages. Plus on block, and gattlings into itself. Second hit cannot be combo’d out of, but does increased damage and knocks back. Good for when you are on your last bit of Static. (Uses 20% of Static)
6H: Snap. Raiju snaps her fingers. Creates a lightning strike directly infront of her. Plus on block. (Uses 20% of Static)

SPECIALS:
214L – Shlick
Raiju focuses on playing with herself, filling her Static meter by 20% every half second until cancelled.

236H – Gigavolt Overstimulation (Uses 20% of Static)
Raiju swipes downwards, an arc of lightning following the path of her hand. Stuns the target on hit, and pops them into the air after they take 3 hits. Guard crushes on block. Overhead with good range. Hits low far enough away, and still has the same effects. Neutral on block.

236M – Energized Strike (Uses 20% of Static)
Raiju conjures a bolt of lightning from her saved Staticand stabs low, pushing her opponent back and inflicting a large amount of arousal.

214H – Direct Current (Uses 20% of Static)
Command Grab. Raiju stimulate’s her opponent’s body with her hands, mouth and electricity. Deals heavy arousal and allows Raiju to rebuild Static as the opponent reels from the experience. You look like you’d be a great conductor.

623H - Cumulonimbus (Uses 20% of Static)
Invincible Reversal/DP. Raiju rises into the air with a sudden burst of energy, bringing up an aura of electricity with her. Invincible from frame 1, but very unsafe on block.

OVERDRIVES:
214214L – Supershlick (Uses 50% of meter)
Raiju focuses on playing with herself, channelling years of practise and absolute focus. Fills the Static meter. Cancels any animation, and happens immediately. (has a 2 second cinematic.)

236236H – Path of Least Resistance (Uses 50% of meter) (Uses 50% of Static)
Raiju gathers lightning around herself and leaps forwards, charging through her opponent and heavily arousing them with several hundred bolts of lightning. She then appears behind them, her opponent knocked down, giving her time to regain Static.

Passive – Bolt From The Blue (Uses 100% of meter) (Uses 100% of Static)
If Raiju is to reach maximum arousal and has full Meter and Static, she will revive with half her arousal restored, and enter a powered up state for a maximum of 20 seconds, before she succumbs to arousal again. She will also succumb to arousal if her Static reaches maximum.
She dishes out increased arousal, receives less, moves quicker, has a rapidly increasing Static meter. Furthermore, her animations change to be far quicker, and much more intense. Also, her BGM changes. Ride the lightning.
