Assuming that happens, I have enough stuff to keep me happy, so don't care. Kancolle girls just feel so soulless to me when compared to Touhou, they do nothing for me.

Go ahead and like both, or go ahead and jump ship. Touhou will be better off when the people who decide ditch it actually do leave. They weren't real fans to begin with, only here to be part of a group, to have an identity. Fuck em, fickle assholes.

Some will leave to produce other works, because it may be more profitable to do so. That's fine, everyone wants money. I don't expect them to stay and contribute out of the goodness of their hearts, and odds are their hearts were never really in it to begin with.
