It's actually very rare to see things like that in idol magazines, I think. I collected quite a few magazines of Sakura when I was in Japan, and the only ones I believe that had adult articles were magazines like Playboy(Japan), which commonly have them, and the random ones that they appear in like sports magazines.

I have pic related, and it has nothing like this in it.
