I forgot about black friday and week ago i bought 104eur worth of toys on motsutoys. Yesterday my package has arrived and today their black friday sale started. If I waited little bit longer i would save another 10.5eur So yea.. day ruined

I messaged them about that to see if they can refund me some money. Their first response was:

Pretty unfair, seeing how i'm their loyal customer and how their response was just to buy more toys from them. That's the opposite of what I want to do after I saw how they treat their customers. So I replied again saying that, but this time:
>Sorry about this first response, our general policy is not to apply discounts to previous orders since it would be hard to draw the line for which are eligable and not (...) I will refund this right away :)
