Chloe is resistant to stimulants, so they don't do shit for her. Naima can take harder, personality altering drugs and her brain damage is kept to a minimum because her brain can naturally take a lot of abuse.

It reminds me of the Midori from Higanbana whose soul was slowly eaten by a youkai and wouldn't technically die because he just took small bites. It's similar to how Naima is only getting slight brain damage as a result.

The Higanbana parallels are actually even stronger than the RGD or Higurashi parallels, which was really surpising. Chloe is straight up Yukari, bullies included, and Chloevil is Yukari after eating the thistle of vengeance. The whole situation with the "blues" and "greens" reminds me of how Higanbana described bullying as an utopia where everyone can be happy if someone is sacrificed and made into the bullied kid. Except in this case, it's one single kid that is bred to be a winner while everyone else is bred with shit genes and brainwashed with propaganda so they consent to join the AAI and become food for Chloe's ego.

It's fucked up.
