Don't come to /jp/ much but please help me this is ruining my life!

Does anyone know how to save vids from nicovideo while retaining their original quality? I'm using downloadhelper for firefox to download Bad Apple!!, but it's downloaded as a .swf with like half the framerate and resolution. I can't find any way to get it to download full quality.

An alternative source for the video (in its original quality) would work fine too.
