Is Okuu the magical girl of Gensokyo? She has her control rod, a cape, her foot of fusion, foot of fission, and her eye of Yatagarasu which is like her power core. All of them are removable except for maybe her third eye and she doesn't always wear them. The control rod and foot of fusion are basically functional power-ups for her and can be used in combat as implied in Soku, and the control rod is practically her "wand".
