You have a few options here:

1.) Learn to lucid dream on demand, and astrally project to Gensokyo in your sleep.

2.) Really, really intense tulpamancy, possibly assisted by illegal psychoactive drugs.

3.) Wait for VR to reach Matrix or at least Ready Player One quality, and look for "Gensokyo" there.

4.) Follow Maribel's footsteps and dedicate your life to improbable theoretical physics in hopes of finding some hack to rewrite the rules of reality itself to favor fantastic new realms.

And lastly, the obligatory:

5.) Kys gambling that Gensokyo is the afterlife. You should wash up on the banks of the Sanzu. Ignore Komachi's beckoning and head straight for the road of liminality. You should be able to exist in Gensokyo, albeit as a ghost. Good luck holding out against Shinigami and Yama assassins. If you get caught, you're going straight to Hell, no ifs and or buts. Worth the risk for a chance at Gensokyo.
