I remember Meltys Quest had a bit of straight shota content but it was like one or two CGs. Even if some "expert" were to scroll through the game's porn content he wouldn't notice it unless he examined every CG in detail. So I guess there are some loopholes.

Or is the treatment different for games which have a "safe for work" version and devs give out patches to unlock the porn content?
