I recently bought a black cat suit (I also ordered a white cat suit but it became "unavailable"), a Santa suit and a reindeer suit but haven't had a chance to dress the girls up yet. Hopefully I'll have more time when it starts to get colder (Australia). I bought a couple of SuperSonicos as well, one of which has the adorable bunny jacket/suit (pic related; sorry for Amazon photo), so I'll try that on some other girls as well.

It may depend on the store but generally, they don't. AFAIK, once they receive their allocation from Gift, that's it - unless there is a re-release. Depending on who you're after, unless they're still available from AmiAmi, your best bet now is probably YAJ or Amazon JP and a forwarder/proxy - that's where 17 of my 22 fumos came from.
