In the end she got killed by smallest of all Junkos breaking her around 5 times with her regular shot, which would be pretty cool if it was intentionally designed for something like that but I highly doubt it. I wish tower would do stuff like that instead. All they did for this tower was the usual enemies locking your stuff and also debuffing your yin attack by 8 stages at the start of the fight.

My EoSD Reimu can easily solo the fight at 5 stars and I feel like I have an alternate set-up that should work at 1 star for her but since my Reimu is 5 stars I will not be able to test it myself. If someone wants to test it with a one star Reimu do this:
Pre-fight: Equip 4 maxed out Red Marisa cards on her regular spells (just to be save, might also work with other P bonus cards) and have all her skills at lvl 10. Obviously have her LW unlocked. Just equip whatever best damage card you have for her LW. Global can't use her absolute best card but it should still work without it.
First turn: Use all her skills, 2 shields, 2 boosts and use her first AoE spell
Second turn: Use her other AoE spell with max boost, no shields. This should easily kill Yuyuko and drain Youmu's first health bar because full breaks.
Third turn: Use 1 shield, boost to the max and use the first single target card on Youmu. If it kills 100% of the time, skip to the final turn, otherwise go to turn 4.
Fourth turn: If Youmu did not gauge burst, boost to the max again and use Reimu's last single target spell. No shields.
Final turn: Final health bar, go all in with every skill, boost and shield Reimu has at this point and use her LW. Should easily kill.
