She sorta abruptly ended the stream after the yelp/scare at the end, which makes it seem like something happened. She also didn't waste anytime to read superchat at the end like she usually does, instead just sorta rushed to close.

During the yelp, when shes cooling down after the fact, an anon pointed out that you can hear what sounds like napkins being used to wipe something. Its pretty audible along with her soft breathing, indicating she may have actually peed herself.
