Anyone played tsui no sora remake? I finished the Numinose II chapter but there's still this shard I can't choose.

I saw this reddit thread https://old.reddit.com/r/visualnovels/comments/onklz3/tsui_no_sora_remake_did_i_miss_an_ending/ but the choice didn't unlock the ending, so I think he was missing the Numinose II chapter. Have I finished the VN?
