If you're also Asian and can pass for Japanese, some places will make exceptions if you know how to work with people that run various operations. Mama-sans in particular are easier to work with than men, imo.

I go to a place in that is supposed to be for Japanese men only, and although many shops do have a hard no-gaijin rule, I've found some that have gotten to know me and treat me just like Japanese customers (raw sex and creampies). This place also has very attractive and young girls and usually offers quickie sessions (15 mins for only around $50-60). It's nice because you can see several girls that day for cheap at those rates, while your typical soaplands that accept foreigners are overpriced for the quality of girls (looks, age, what's offered such as raw sex) and charge gaijin fees.

There's some other areas in the sex world that are a bit more dangerous to talk about, but let's just say that those MUM and IBW codes aren't always relegated to being fantasies.
