I trash all 3 star cards besides the phone that boosts accuracy. The only 4 star cards I am ever using are Tea with Remi, It's Spring! and the Frog Hat. Most of my characters are loaded up with some cards that boost the amount of P you get and then just 5 star cards that boost attack as much as possible for the spell. Some of the elemental damage boost cards like Mini-Hakkero can have some minor uses but they are generally outclassed by higher rarity cards.
