Not really, also the title of it is also known as "Warship Girls" in China.

It basically doesn't just touch on ship girls from the IJN, but pretty much EVERYWHERE around the world. Japan, China, Germany, British, Amercian, Russian, you name it.

I remember /jp/ talked about this game long ago... but I guess it was forgotten and ignored...

But basically, the stories I heard from most people who have touched upon this game is while this game does pretty much mimic Kancolle in many ways. The one thing people note is that it somehow does things better compared to what Kancolle does. And because of this, it's gain attention over time and thus the Chinese company wants to now expand this game into the American market.So they're going to stick thier foot into the door by being a part of E3.

Long story short, it's a kancolle clone that gets away with being not so much a clone by outdoing things Kancolle never bother to do which would make thier game better.

Still irks me they're really trying to push this game to everywhere now. But if someone were to question them at the panel, it might put Kancolle in the spotlight instead.
