The whole point is that Yasu's gender is a catbox, it's the whole reason Lion's gender is left ambigious. Any discussion about Yasu being a tranny or not is pointless and I really don't know why anyone cares, just go with whatever you prefer. Many years ago in an interview, when asked if Yasu was trans, R07 explicitly said he won't give a concrete answer but tranny-obsessed people just can't seem to get over it.

Also, to answer your original question, no, Yasu does not have tits. Shannon's tits are fake, which means Beato's are as well, though they're obviously made real in the golden land.
