Is it time for me to go on and on about Kejourou again? You bet it is! There's still plenty left unsaid, however disorganized and filled with headcanon it may be. It's always fun and enjoyable for me to type this sort of thing out. Hope you guys enjoy!

"My hair has a mind of its own" is saying with a different context when said by a Kejourou; in a playful or joking way. Although not literal in their case there is still a bit of truth to it; the subconscious does play its part. The hair tends to make some slow, small movements if left idle so keeping it completely still is something they would have to do consciously. During a particularly windy day is ironically when you wouldn't see it move much at all. If there's a man she likes but hasn't quite made a move on for whatever reason, it may try to reach out; an inevitable small source of embarrassment during their formative years. Regardless of the attitude they show toward you, ultimately their own hair's reaction toward being near you will give you a hint toward how they really feel. Naturally emotions play into it too. A surprised kej's hair will spread outward quickly, A sad kej's hair will droop and barely move on its own, An angry kej's hair will dart around aggressively and quickly. A happy kej's hair will be more animated than usual, etc. If they've cocooned a man up he'll be lightly brushed at random by the small movements, which can't seem to sit still

There is another tradition among the Kejourou, lesser known. A magical pair of scissors, handed down from mother to daughter. Sporting a variety of ornate designs and stored in an equally impressive looking small box, locked in such way that only they are capable of opening it. The purpose of these scissors is simple; significantly reducing the pain they suffer as a result of cutting their own hair to no worse than ripping off a band aid. Kej hair is stronger and tougher than human hair; so something exceptionally sharp would have to serve as a substitute. As a precaution the magic within the scissors will go dormant for a certain amount of time, usually for the better part of a year, after it has cut the hair. Speaking of which, the custom isn't too strict with rules but has plenty of preference. The length of the lock; usually no more than what can go around your finger. When, where and how they present it is greatly considered. Those on the more bold or strong-willed side may elect to cut their hair directly in front of the man they've grown so fond of. Ultimately, what matters is the most important thing is done and is accepted.

Though hardly surprising or unexpected, in a relationship with a Kejourou, appreciation and affection toward their partners hair goes both ways. You see, by the time one gets husband, they usually have all the details of how they like to style and take care of their own hair down pretty well. But their husbands hair? That's new to her. More exotic and/or uncommon hairstyles like afros and mohawks may catch her interest, but even an ordinary, mundane style is delightful all the same. Facial hair? You better believe she'll want to do something with that. At minimum, that'll get at least some curiosity as she wonders the specifics of his hair care routine. On the other end of the scale? It'll become a project, spending plenty of time fussing over it. Either way, her own hair will tangle up and play with his on a regular basis. In the case of baldness, she'll just have fun giving him a scalp massage more often or rubbing it playfully and lovingly.

Monsterization; when it comes Kej there is more to it beyond a human girl having longer hair, though that it is a big part of it. A peculiar sensation will spread through out it, subtle at first. The common comparison is like when feeling returns to a limb after it's been asleep from being compressed too long. Slowly but surely; through it, she'll feel the temperature of the room, the texture of her own hair and skin. She'll notice how her locks of hair being to feel a little different too; softer and more silky. At some point, it will all start to move of it's own accord and she will have very little control over it. Her now larger chest, rear and wider hips and the rest of her body will get molested by her locks, made worse if panics which is likely. Kejourou aren't quite as aggressive about changing human girls as some other species are, but still, it does happen. Approaching a human girl, who coincidentally, expressed jealousy toward them or dissatisfaction toward themselves in some way. Indeed, they may offer a solution to them, of sorts.

Just the prospect of typing out more paragraphs of ideas makes me happy. I feel like an excited, love struck teen every time. I'm really glad you guys liked the last one I typed out awhile back. One fun thing about kej hair is how thin it is. So, for example, she could slip her hair underneath your pants and underwear and get you off, all without dirtying any of your clothing, since it'll get absorbed quickly enough.

Never thought of it that way but that does make sense. Kejourou are also one of the lucky few monsters to have middling popularity but a good amount of very nice fanart

This would be like making her blind, she would need to rely on you for a day. That would be really hot. I would imagine older, stronger, more experienced Kejourou's are able to deal with their hair being tied up though
