The best I've heard about is one named Sharp Service. http://www.sharpservice.jp/

They claim to offer a service fee of 5% of your purchase which is normally waved based on your type of purchase, but I have a feeling that this only applies to large brands such as Levi Jeans and such.

If anyone has used them, could they please indicate if they were good? Would help OP and I alot.
