For as shit the 1st Global FGO anniversary was (and believe me, it WAS bad), all the content showcased was planned by the dev team to be there since the beginning
If it wasn't for the enormous reviewbombing psyop happening on all storefronts abd bad retention ofver social media pressing their hands, MiHoYo would have not even given the 10fold paid currency giveaway to everyone for their anniversary and let it barebones at that (also remember that this was the reason for Genshin being the most discussed vidya on social media in 2021)
