I like the fact the game is very transparent about almost everything. You can see enemy levels, skills, stats, droptables for each stage with percentage for each item. And enemy levels work just fine. If your party is the same powerlevel as the enemy you'll have no trouble clearing the stage on auto. If the enemy is twice as powerful you can still defeat them but manually, perhaps with some basic sustain like heal or def buffs.
Higher level dailies and side missions have insane level enemies with passives likes "receives 20% less damage from attack skills" or "gains a 5% attack buff at the end of each turn". Playable characters also have these kind of passives, but they're locked behind a powerlevel requirement. Some of them sound broken, but can't really say anything because I've not seen them in action.
