With a good aligned party? Depends. If they just drag her about without making any effort to really discern her nature, there will likely be a chain of grisly murders that occur where ever the party overnights, culminating with experienced youkai exterminators (or paladins with poor senses of humor) confronting the party.

If they make an effort to learn more about Rumia, they may have fun magical girl antics that culminates with a tearful farewell as they send her back to Gensokyo to all of her other friends.
