Just started yesterday, I'm >>12762445 just a few more questions

I was able to complete First Chronicle, then got to 6-1 in Chronicle, and 3-1 in the event chronicle. Should I be getting further than this before my timer runs out for vitality?

Also the question marks by the dungeons, does that mean available loot? like if I run them again I should get more stuff until all the question marks are gone?

Then should I be leveling these characters a lot, this was my team. It seems like some people from my friends list I just randomly put on there are hitting things for like 5-50k.
