No, you're mixing Sui and the Steam release.
Su is the final remake of Alchemist for ps3 and vita, featuring their art in 1080p along with 19 arcs. It's only available in jp and came out a few days ago.

Steam's is the re-release of Mangagamer's version, with a new translation, new sprites that are unrelated to Alchemist (webm related), a bigger resolution (but so far, still 4:3 ratio) and a few new options (way to switch with the vanilla sprites or swtich with the jp text). On the other hand, it will be easy to mod it, so a ps3 patch should come sooner or later. But anyway, it's not even out yet, we'll MAYBE get the first arc in one month.
