Now I may not know much about real writing, but I do know a whole lot about Shounen and that's all you need to basically be Japanese. I can tell you now that the only way of writing an ending is with a 10 minute powerup charging scene; a 3 episode beam clash; and then ending on the power of friendship.

Rika will receive her 7 quirks from Hanyuu and will collect them all, and with all the chaos emeralds in her possession she will have a beam clash with Satoko. On the 3rd episode of the beam chash, right when we think Rika is about to lose, Rika will have a sad flashback (very emotional) with a piano OST playing in the background. The flashback will be about something very sad. This will grant her the energy to win instantly, pushing the beam clash back and obliterating Satoko.

Is the last thing heard as Satoko goes to join her brother in the land of irrelevant characters.

This victory is not without cost of course, Rika will lose an arm. This is pretty shocking and hasn't been done before but this is the cost of victory. Some of the main characters of the village will die too in the struggle (very sad), such is the cost of victory. Not to worry though because they still haven't made the 27th OVA, therefore Rika will use the power of the Shenron to revive everyone and her fap arm.
