Einstein's theory of relativity has been proven false, and replaced with Flan's theory of self-belief.
What a clever vampire!

The Four of a Kind spell card takes 4 seconds to summon the extra Flans, and a further 60 for them to disappear (through timeout).
From here we have to make assumptions based on what happens to the copy Flans when the timer runs out.

Assumption 1: All copies are destroyed when the timer runs out.
In this case, we can go through 16 total iterations. (36kg)(4^16) = 1.546 x 10^11 kg
We will have roughly 4 billion Flans just before the timer runs out, and then there will be one.

Assumption 2: Each time the spell card is activated, those copies get a new timer.
In this case, after 64 seconds only 3 copies disappear, and after 68 seconds only 15 disappear (all copies from the second iteration minus the original Flan). etc.
This is negligible, and Flan will exceed the mass required to become a black hole in 49 iterations, or 196 seconds.

tl;dr
It would take Flan a little over 3 minutes to become a black hole through repetitive use of Four of a Kind.
