I love how Satoko has had a blast murdering and manipulating people left and right, gleefully tortured Mion and made fun of her victims, but as soon as she stupidly blew her cover and Rika would have the *chance* to ask her what the fuck is wrong with her, Satoko went on to immediately bash Rika's face in and blamed her for everything.
It's just laughable, that part really went to show what a childish mentality Satoko still possesses. Her immediate reaction is proof that Satoko knew her actions were wrong all along, as she reflexively tried to shift the blame.

R07 in the recent interview talked about how you're meant to think she'd be the "hero" or main character now, but as it turns out she isn't the main character or even a player on this board, and had to suffer through the tragedies while being unable to do anything to stop them, giving a sense of hopelessness.

I hate Satoko so much right now...
She is genuinely evil.
