Not sure if Akasaka = ANGEMON or Akasaka = DUKEMON.
Okonogi obviously gets the rival of whichever Akasaka has. Angemon represents going from weak (himatsubushi hen, patamon) to savior like an angel, but he's also pretty chivalrous so Dukemon fits him as he protects Rika like her own personal knight.
