I agree with both directions. I prefer AIO by far for aesthetics but I can't customize what I want. e.g., Sanhui has an AIO body I want but an AIO with the head I want. I think at some point we'll move to full AIO then modular faces. IF they can figure out how to diminish seams like in the movie Ex Machina. That would be fantastic as you can do modules anywhere in the structure of the doll (or at this point android). For now with these limitations I agree that head standardization (color, sizes) between manufacturers would be great for doll harems. I don't see that happening though. Too much difference between sculptors visions and blends might need to change because of supply. They can still make it easier to match colors and sizes of heads to each other. But to your point a single manufacturer can work on increasing the modularity so we have more shopping options. Although I'm not sure where this would come into play except head/eyes and maybe joint repairs.

Also fucking elf ears. All dolls should have an elf ear option. It's bullshit! How dare they.
