On that I agree. I like to think people won't get anal-retentive with said rules to the extent you can't write something like that though. I personally have a preference for "old lore" MGE myself. Everyone diverges from the canon somewhere, and it's more like putting Tabasco on food for me than for edgy crusader reasons.
