Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could help me confirm something. So I understand most details of handshake sales results, but I am not 100% sure about resale rounds. From my limited understanding, resale rounds are just selling off booked tickets that people didn't pay for or collect, is this correct? Like if someone books a ticket then realizes they can't make it that day, or they later realize they have no money, etc. Am I on the right track?
