Miko isn't a cult of personality like the others. I've seen "comedian" thrown around a lot for a lot of the chuubas at Hololive but if there's anyone I'd actually attribute that to, it'd be Miko. That's not to say that what she's doing is more of worth or less than the others either. Her personality doesn't have that intense charisma that a lot of the others do. Vtubers and YouTubers, in general, are centered around personality when it comes down to an individual.

Her draw is based around the narrative surrounding her career and her ambitions (that's how it was for me). Miko's strengths are in ad-libbing skits and how she communicates meaning/emotion to her audience in a unique way (e.g. ARK season finale, AsaMiko Newsman, Sakurakaze, impeccable BGM choices, etc.). These are things that may result from Miko's personality but they aren't who she is. Basically, she's lore-based in appeal and if one doesn't buy into the appeal of her lore, then it's harder to be a huge fan. And while she may be extremely relatable as an otaku, it still doesn't compare to how dominant the competition is.

I don't want to downplay Miko's strengths here. It's harder in this medium for her to flex her good points. She may be better fit to be an artist of some sort but she's on this path now and she's aiming to be her own type of idol. I want to see her succeed.
