250/130/200/30. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a fucking Imuya with it.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is it the fucking flagship, Goya, that's not supposed to even matter in the first place? My level, which should be high enough to build anything?
I've tried 80, eighty fucking times now. Always either an hour or hour and 20 mintues. Nothing else. Not even a fucking destroyer.
Cruisers.

Every day, and the resources I accumulate go by with another duplicate of Takao or Sendai.
