He's exactly the kind of person Rose and Campbell were talking about at the end of MGS2, morons stuck in these bubbles that never come into contact with other societies and you end up with a civilization where everyone is happy being wrong and in their own clique. If he seriously cared about efficiency he'd just google image search every image he wants forever and cut out the inefficiency of needing a tumblr account. or even use gelbooru/sankaku's image hosting. What a liar.
